DRAEMOR PRIVACY POLICY

Draemor is an online multiplayer game made by Playletsgames ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we store when you play Draemor at draemor.com or in the iPhone app, and why.

The short version: Draemor has no ads and no tracking. We store your account and your game so you can play from any device, and we never sell or share data about you. We don't ask for your email address, real name, contacts, location or photos.

YOUR ACCOUNT

To play, you choose a character name and a password. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash, so we can't read it. You're also given a recovery code for resetting your password; keep it somewhere safe.

YOUR GAME

Your character, skills, items, bank, quests, friends list, clan, house and settings are saved on our server so you can carry on from any device. Your character name, levels, quest points and some achievements appear on the public hiscores, and other players can see your character, name and clan in the game.

CHAT AND MESSAGES

  • Public, party and clan chat is sent to the other players who should see it and is not kept on our server.
  • A private message to a player who is offline is stored until they next log in, then deleted.
  • If you report another player, your report is kept so our moderators can review it.

BUG REPORTS AND PERFORMANCE

If you send a bug report or suggestion from the game, we keep your message along with details that help us fix the problem: where you were in the game, your device and browser type, screen size, the game version, recent error messages and your last few chat lines. The game also sends occasional performance reports (frame rate, device and browser type, and screen size) so we can make it run smoothly on more devices. These aren't used to identify you.

PURCHASES

Membership bought on the website is processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under Stripe's Privacy Policy; we only keep the Stripe customer and subscription IDs linked to your account. Purchases in the iPhone app are processed by Apple, and we only receive a confirmation that the purchase was made. We never see your card number or Apple ID.

NOTIFICATIONS

If you allow notifications in the iPhone app, we store your device's notification token so we can tell you when a world boss is about to appear. You can turn notifications off in the game or in your iPhone's Settings at any time.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Your IP address is used briefly to protect accounts from password guessing and is not stored with your account. Your browser or app keeps a sign-in token on your device so you stay logged in. Like almost every website, our hosting provider may automatically record basic information such as IP address and the time of a visit to keep the service secure and working.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

  • No ads, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
  • We never sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

CHILDREN

Draemor is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. Players can block and report others, and chat has a filter for rude words.

DELETING YOUR DATA

You can delete your account at any time from inside the game: open the ⋯ menu, choose Account, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your character and everything saved with it. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change how Draemor handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
