I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

On the login screen choose Forgot password? and enter your character name and the recovery code you were given when you made your account. No recovery code? Email us from the address above with your character name and we'll help.

HOW DO I CANCEL MEMBERSHIP?

If you bought it on the website, open Membership in the game and choose Manage membership. If you bought it in the iPhone app, open your iPhone's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. You stay a member until the end of the period you paid for.

HOW DO I REPORT A PLAYER?

Right-click (or press and hold) the player in the game and choose Report. Choose Block to stop seeing their messages.

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Open the ⋯ menu in the game, choose Account, then Delete account. See the Draemor privacy policy for what that removes.

MUNCH'S TOWER

I BOUGHT SOMETHING BUT DON'T HAVE IT

Open the game, tap the gear icon for Settings, then Restore Purchases. This brings back the Starter Pack and the Royal Charter. Gems are saved with your progress, which is backed up to iCloud.

I GOT A NEW PHONE. WHERE IS MY PROGRESS?

Your save is backed up to iCloud. Sign in with the same Apple ID on the new phone, make sure iCloud is turned on, install Munch's Tower and open it. Your progress loads automatically, which can take a minute the first time.

HOW DO I CANCEL THE ROYAL CHARTER?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, choose Munch's Tower and cancel. You keep the Charter until the end of the period you paid for.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

HOW DO I START OVER?

In the game, open Settings > Erase Save. This can't be undone, but purchases can be restored afterward.

I PLAY IN A BROWSER AND LOST MY PROGRESS

Browser saves are stored in that one browser on that one device. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching browsers or devices starts a new save.
